Priya and Imtiaz are some of the most amazing people you will ever meet. Beautiful people with the most beautiful of hearts, we were hugely honoured to cook at their wedding at the stunning Mapledurham Estate in Oxfordshire. An Asian, African, Italian and West-Indies inspired menu, a feast consisting of canapés, halal cured meats, cheeses, muhammara with homemade spiced onion relish, mujadara with roasted figs and crispy onions, tabbouleh salad, jerk salmon, tropical salads, as well as a mango and passion fruit cremaux, chocolate ganache and white chocolate and vanilla panna cotta, berry compote, among some of the dishes.
