A Wedding Menu Tasting, 29th September

I was delighted to meet one of our couples for a very special wedding in July 2023. Absolutely fantastic people, enthusiastic about food and cooking in general and just brilliant to be around. I cannot wait to cook for your July wedding in Pembrokeshire!! A French-inspired bespoke menu, with beetroot and juniper home-cured salmon gravadlax and a vegan beetroot for starters, a Southern French style Gressingham duck leg confit, Pomme Anna, heritage carrots and blueberry sauce for the main course, as well as a Purple Sprouting Broccoli, broccoli and chickpea bon-bons and chimichurri dressing for the vegan main course.
