£50 per person, service staff & transport charges apply

Whatever your wedding style or venue, we’ve got it covered. From irresistibly intimate gatherings to large scale events, your special day should be everything you dreamed of and our specialist wedding team will ensure that your wedding day is indeed a memorable one. 

The menu includes three courses to be chosen from the following:

Starters

Single Starters:

Toasted Pant-Ys-Gawn goats cheese, heritage beetroot, dressed leaves, pine nuts and honey mustard dressing (V)

Pressed ham hock and leek terrine, piccalilli flavours, toasted sourdough

Sicilian smoked haddock, capers and pecorino fishcake, harissa alioli, dressed leaves

Roast tomato and red pepper soup, parmesan crostini (V)

Smoked duck salad, grilled peach, mango salsa

Hot smoked salmon, brown shrimp, grilled asparagus, crispy Burford Brown egg

Spiced sweet potato wedges, fragrant tabbouleh salad (Ve)

Medditerranean boards

A beautiful selection of cured meats and cheeses, rustic breads, dips and oils, two Medditerranean salads.

The vegan range
  • Beetroot & grilled courgette terrine, torched clementine, hazelnuts, wild flowers (Ve)

Mains

Welsh rump of lamb, dauphinoise potato, French beans, sun-dried tomato, rich lamb jus (£3 per person supplement)

8oz 36-days dry aged Welsh Beef Sirloin, dauphinoise potato, French beans, sun-dried tomato, rich red wine jus (£3 per person supplement)

Fillets of seabass, saffron and courgette risotto, sauce vierge

Crispy breadcrumbed pork belly, dauphinoise potato, heritage carrots, apple and mustard sauce

Pan-fried cod, West Indies chickpea curry, capers and spring onion cake, crispy Burford Brown egg

Pumpkin and pecorino tortellini, rich basil, tomato and pine nuts sauce (V)

Grilled aubergine and Asturian chickpea “lasagna”, wild rocket and aged Pedro Ximenez reduction (Ve)

Signature bangers and mash

butcher’s artisan sausages, creamy mashed potato, rich cider onion gravy and a selection of seasonal vegetables, including, steamed and buttered heritage carrots, wilted kale and purple sprouting broccoli

 Vegan sausages and vegan onion gravy available as vegetarian option.  Both options completely gluten free.

The British plank

roast sirloin of beef, duck fat roast potatoes, rich red onion gravy, Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables. £5 supplement.

The Welsh board

harissa-spiced, 12h slow cooked Welsh leg of lamb, duck fat roast potatoes, rich red onion gravy, Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables.

Eton Mess platters

delicious goey meringue, Chantilly cream, fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, raspberry puree and fresh mint. 

Cheese boards

selection of local and continental cheeses, celery, grapes, artisan chutney, truffle honey, breads and crackers. 

Selection of whole baked cheesecakes, choose two flavours

Moscow mule cheesecake with vanilla, ginger and citrus on a Oreo base; traditional New York cheesecake; chocolate and Bailey’s; vanilla and blueberry; peanut butter and salted caramel, cookies and cream. 

The vegan range
